You have a sizeable investment in your
heating and air conditioning system. You can protect that investment

requires preventative maintenance. As a PIPCO Maintenance Customer,
you are given priority service and have the added assurance that
PIPCO will maintain your equipment to operate at peak efficiency
and prolong equipment life. Diagonostic fees are credited against
your first maintenance plan.

Air Conditioning and Gas Heating
System Maintenance Agreement:
Parts and Labor 1 Year
We will perform the following services:
- Check complete operation of system
- Provide replacement parts as required
- Check refrigerant charge and operating pressures
- Inspect and clean condenser coil
- Check and clean condensate drain system
- Check thermostat
- Check electrical connections
- Check safety controls
- Check fan blade and blower wheels
- Lubricate motors where required
- Clean and adjust pilot and burners
- Check furnace vent connector and draft
- Change filter (filter supplied by homeowner)
